      I downloaded the ZHPCleaner update and while scanning my computer, crashed with the following message:

      Autolt Error

      Error: Unknown function name

      1) Can you tell me your version of ZHPCleaner
      2) Can you send me the “TraceZHPCleaner.txt” file which should be found under:
      C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\ZHP\

      If necessary, follow this tutorial to “Show hidden files"

      you say : my version of ZHPCleaner is: v2020.10.2.240

      but it doesn't seem clear to me, the latest official version is the v2020.10.9.243

      Wait for Nicolas to return

      Hello,

      1) Delete the shortcut on your Windows Desktop
      2) Download the latest version on my site at this address

      ZHPCleaner 2023 (Official)


      3) Right-click on the downloaded file and select “Run as administrator.

      A shortcut will be created on your Desktop from which you will launch the software.

      4) Do a scan.

      If the error is still present, try unchecking the “ Initialize Chromium preferences».

      Finally, I was able to reproduce the error which was linked to the presence of a user profile. A correction will be made quickly.

      In the meantime, uncheck the option “ Initialize Chromium preferences».
