Hello everybody
Could you please explain to me why we cannot find instructions for reading the text files generated by the analyses?
The same goes for the fixes to be applied with ZHPFix?
Every time we ask these kinds of questions we always get the response “send me your files and I’ll help you”
But never any explanations of why or how!?
Sometimes I am told that I need to take training…. OK, but how did the trainers start?
I have visited training sites but they all seem closed to new registrations? Others ask for a cover letter and CV!
And others say it lasts at least 1 year...
You can't learn yourself to help yourself?

you don't become a Helper overnight, because it requires a long apprenticeship, as there are sometimes a lot of requests, the training sites are sometimes saturated. It is possible by regularly watching the way Helpers go about things to learn on your own, but nothing will replace official training. Nothing stops you from troubleshooting yourself, but it is at your own risk because it doesn't take much to crash a system, which is why Helpers generally ask you to send the logs generated by the various analyses, because they are authorized to take charge of an infection and see it through to the end.

ZHPSuite consists of 3 software ZHPDiag, ZHPLite and ZHPFix.
ZHPDiag performs the search (Analysis)
ZHPLite analyzes the report and classifies the elements into categories (Diagnostic)
ZHPFix allows you to delete elements detected from a script (Cleaning)For ZHPDiag analysis, there is a article which details all the modules and their link to a detailed sheet.

Hello and thank you very much for your response, which I understand very well, in fact given the complexity of Windows and the rapid spread of viruses, I understand that you cannot become a helper with the snap of a finger.
And I am certain that nothing can replace good training, although some people learn on their own and do very well.
What I don't understand is that it's impossible to find tutorials or other things on the web, as we see with a lot of software! (this is how I learned and still learn Photoshop)
Surprising that no one has thought about it since then, especially for those, even at their own risk, who want to fend for themselves.In any case, thank you very much for your answer, I will try on our creations to get by, above all to understand !

I have endeavored to document each module which constitutes this report, but of course it is necessary to call upon additional knowledge such as that which concerns the Registry and the functioning of Windows in general.
You also need to be able to understand everything that relates to services, scheduled tasks, event logs, browsers, etc.
A vast program that takes time to understand and assimilate, but it is very interesting.

Finally only one who accepts registrations!??

The training centers are managed by volunteer security experts. Training a “Helper” requires at least a year and a lot of involvement on the part of tutors and students.
Indeed, there are not many training centers of this type anymore, I believe that there is only one offering places today.

Hi,
@zapps, it is useless to want to start helper training without knowing the operating systems inside out because infections are based on PID(s) (processes)
Go through a disinfection report without understanding the why and how (integrity – file signature – etc…). Clearly it's not 1 year of training but a lot more
